各学部、各学院(系)、各有关部门:为规范研究生学位论文答辩工作,保证学位论文答辩和学位授予的质量,学校发布了《浙江大学研究生学位论文答辩与学位申请实施办法》(浙大发研〔2009〕48号)(下简称《实施办法》)。现就《实施办法》的部分条款解释如下。1、关于《实施办法》第九条第1项规定:“(一)以导师组(以导师为主,由合作导师或协助导师组成导师组,人数一般不超过3人)集体指导培养博士生,以导师组中的导师为第一作者,研究生为第二作者发表的学术成果亦予认可。导师组成员名单应在研究生入学后一年内报学院(系)研究生教育科,由研究生科管理人员作为导师之一录入‘研究生教育信息管理系统’方为有效。”该项规定请按如下情况区别执行:(1) 3-4年学制博士生,应在入学后1—1.5年内确定导师组名单并录入研究生教育信息管理系统;(2) 硕博士连读生,应在入学后2年以内确定导师组名单并录入研究生教育信息管理系统;(3) 硕转博的博士生,应在办理博士生入学后半年内确定导师组名单并录入研究生教育信息管理系统;(4) 已经超过上述规定期限、正在以导师组形式指导培养的博士生,请在2009年12月底以前将导师组名单报学院研究生教育科并录入研究生教育信息管理系统,以便按规定认定研究生申请学位论文答辩的学术成果;(5) 2009年12月申请学位的博士生,需按《浙江大学研究生学位论文答辩与学位申请实施办法》第九条第一项规定认定学术成果的,由导师提出参与指导的导师组名单,经所在研究所所长核实签字,所在学科学位委员会主任签字同意,由研究生教育科将名单录入研究生教育信息管理系统,并认可符合规定的学术成果。2、关于《实施办法》第四条第5项“发表影响因子大于5.0(含5.0)的学术论文,每篇按2篇SCI类学术论文计。”该项规定自2009年秋季入学的博士研究生开始执行,此前入学的博士生仍按原规定执行。3、根据《实施办法》第八条规定“硕士研究生攻读学位期间,应取得与申请硕士学位相应的研究成果。具体标准由各学部学位委员会制订,并报研究生院备案后执行。”请各学部学位委员会于2009年12月底以前,将学部制定的具体标准报校学位委员会办公室备案并公布。4、根据《实施办法》第七条规定“各学院(系)和各学部学位委员会可以根据所属各学科特点,提出高于学校基本要求的标准。”有关学部学位委员会如根据该条规定制定了相关标准,请于2009年12月底以前报1份到校学位委员会办公室,并予公布。浙江大学学位委员会办公室二00九年十月二十三日

各学部、各学院(系)、各有关部门:为规范研究生学位论文答辩工作,保证学位论文答辩和学位授予的质量,学校发布了《浙江大学研究生学位论文答辩与学位申请实施办法》(浙大发研〔2009〕48号)(下简称《实施办法》)。现就《实施办法》的部分条款解释如下。1、关于《实施办法》第九条第1项规定:“(一)以导师组(以导师为主,由合作导师或协助导师组成导师组,人数一般不超过3人)集体指导培养博士生,以导师组中的导师为第一作者,研究生为第二作者发表的学术成果亦予认可。导师组成员名单应在研究生入学后一年内报学院(系)研究生教育科,由研究生科管理人员作为导师之一录入‘研究生教育信息管理系统’方为有效。”该项规定请按如下情况区别执行:(1) 3-4年学制博士生,应在入学后1—1.5年内确定导师组名单并录入研究生教育信息管理系统;(2) 硕博士连读生,应在入学后2年以内确定导师组名单并录入研究生教育信息管理系统;(3) 硕转博的博士生,应在办理博士生入学后半年内确定导师组名单并录入研究生教育信息管理系统;(4) 已经超过上述规定期限、正在以导师组形式指导培养的博士生,请在2009年12月底以前将导师组名单报学院研究生教育科并录入研究生教育信息管理系统,以便按规定认定研究生申请学位论文答辩的学术成果;(5) 2009年12月申请学位的博士生,需按《浙江大学研究生学位论文答辩与学位申请实施办法》第九条第一项规定认定学术成果的,由导师提出参与指导的导师组名单,经所在研究所所长核实签字,所在学科学位委员会主任签字同意,由研究生教育科将名单录入研究生教育信息管理系统,并认可符合规定的学术成果。2、关于《实施办法》第四条第5项“发表影响因子大于5.0(含5.0)的学术论文,每篇按2篇SCI类学术论文计。”该项规定自2009年秋季入学的博士研究生开始执行,此前入学的博士生仍按原规定执行。3、根据《实施办法》第八条规定“硕士研究生攻读学位期间,应取得与申请硕士学位相应的研究成果。具体标准由各学部学位委员会制订,并报研究生院备案后执行。”请各学部学位委员会于2009年12月底以前,将学部制定的具体标准报校学位委员会办公室备案并公布。4、根据《实施办法》第七条规定“各学院(系)和各学部学位委员会可以根据所属各学科特点,提出高于学校基本要求的标准。”有关学部学位委员会如根据该条规定制定了相关标准,请于2009年12月底以前报1份到校学位委员会办公室,并予公布。浙江大学学位委员会办公室二00九年十月二十三日
